Non-hibachi reservations are seated in our booth dining area.
RESERVATION POLICY
Hibachi at Flame is a communal dining experience. To ensure a smooth dining flow, we may seat small groups together. Our friendly hosts and hostesses will do their best to accommodate all party sizes, including larger groups who may occupy entire tables. For any questions or concerns, please call us at 646-870-0301.
To maintain a timely dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time, as hibachi tables are held for a maximum of 10 minutes. All party members must be present before seating.
To ensure fair service for everyone, parties of 11 or fewer have a 1.5-hour seating limit, while parties of 12 or more have a 2-hour limit.
For parties of 4 or more, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. A $20 per person no-show fee will be charged. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or significant reductions in party size to avoid any fees.
Please note that due to operational constraints, we may not be able to accommodate changes to hibachi table assignments.

RESERVATIONS FOR LARGE GROUPS
Special events, birthday parties, corporate outings, etc. We do it all. Flame on the Upper West Side is able to accommodate groups of up to 30 guests. Please call to reserve ahead of time!
